Introduction to Voluntary Benefits

We are proud to introduce to you voluntary benefits available through The Grove. Great benefits to increase employee morale, retain top quality staff and attract top talent. As a benefit to all The Grove employees, we wanted to make you aware of these optional benefits.

The Grove, through partnering with Benefits Insurance Group and Greg Decker Allstate Insurance, is able to secure the following for its employees:

1) Large group pricing even with small group participation. Participate in group priced benefits as though we had 1000+ employees.

2) Secured preferred underwriting options (on specified products). With little to no underwriting employees will be able to receive the benefits with several options. Simplified underwriting.

3) Products designed to help in case of displacement from work due to both accident and illness. Help your employees get back on their feet quicker. *see products below.
